We work with active everyday people to improve performance and overcome pain.
The hardest part of our job is fighting the poor advice and general confusion regarding the core and the spine. (we're looking at you, Yoga...)
-hint- It is NOT THE CORE. The hips (glutes) are THE MOST IMPORTANT part of the human body (from a strength perspective).
We are constantly stretching and weakening them when we sit.
Our programs are intended for all, and we cover topics unrelated to the spine, but our focus is on providing REAL and EFFECTIVE movements and self-treatments.
We believe most types of spinal pain are related to this issue and are more or less treatable. Sometimes other therapies or procedures may be required, but in general we really do believe that you can overcome chronic pain. If you read this far we hope you'll find what you need here.
