Dipiù was founded in 1991 by Pierangelo Mauri. After being in the business since 1972, first as Director of EMI Music Publishing Italy and then as A&R Director of EMI Music Italy, he started his own publishing company by acquiring foreign catalogues and in 1995 he started a Record Label at that time specialized in Funky-House: RESHAPE RECORDS.
On the Publishing side, Dipiù has reached # 1 spot in several countries with songs like "Only Girl (In The World)" by Rihanna,"Firework" by Katy Perry, "Sexy Bitch" feat. Akon by David Guetta as well as # 1 Billboard Hot 100-USA chart- "S&M" by Rihanna, just to name a few......Dipiù catalogue also includes all the songs released on Dipiù record labels, among which the most important still now are Reshape Records and Archive.
