Welcome to Life and Flowers, a lifestyle channel inspired by getting older and all the stages of life. I believe it is not so much that we lose our youth as we age but rather that we add layers to who we are. Mid-life has been one of the greatest times of my life and I want to emphasize the positive side of age. It's a time when we harvest and enjoy what we have sown in the past and still have time for more harvests in the years to come. This channel is to celebrate life and share some of the things and experiences I have come to possess. I hope it will encourage others to share their stories too. After all, if not now when? It's a liberating question.
