Born in Buenos Aires in 1977, in 1997 she moved to Europe where she obtained her “Solisten Diplom” in 2001 at the Schola Cantorum Basiliensis with Hopkinson Smith.
She collaborated with Hespèrion XXI, Marc Minkowsky, Andrea Marcon, Giovanni Antonini, 415 -Chiara Banchini, Simon Rattle, Ensemble Zefiro and Sir John Eliot Gardiner.
Constantly praised by critics, she has performed recitals in Fringe (Barcellona), Concentus (Brno), Resonanzen (Vienna), Luth et Theorbe (Genêve), Early Music Festival (London), Musica Antigua Festival (Daroca), Forum Musicum (Breslau), and guitar festivals in Madrid, Treviso, Santander, Castell’Arquato, Pordenone, Novara, Madrid, Koblenz, Tychy.
Evangelina recorded several solo albums devoted to J. S. Bach, S. L. Weiss, B. Castaldi, Laurent de Saint-Luc and Spanish music.
Evangelina teaches Lute at the ”Conservatorio di Musica Santa Cecilia" in Roma (Italy).
