He is the senior pastor of Every Nation Singapore and a member of the board of trustees of the Real Life Foundation, a Philippine-based non-profit organization that provides educational scholarships to the marginalized.
Joey has also authored 6 books: The Promise No One Wants, The Mystery of the Empty Stomach, The LEGO Principle, The One Lesson That Changed My Marriage, The Values-Driven Heart, and Stormproof.
He has been married to wife Marie since 1982. Together, they have three sons and five grandchildren.
