BreakFree was founded by Laura Romeo ‘09, Johna Seo ’11, and Andrew Kim ’12 in 2008 and began as a club that offered free dance classes to the Cornell community. Their passion for dance was contagious, and BreakFree soon expanded to include a performance group that specializes in modern choreography. BreakFree has been featured in USA Today, the UK Daily Mail, The Huffington Post, and the Cornell Daily Sun. We continue to abide by our founding principle: Dance to Inspire.
BreakFree is a Registered student organization of Cornell University.
