Hi, I'm Andrea, I am a mom, wife and a passionate Latina. AndFit started as a lifestyle brand in 2013. I am a Health & Fitness Coach bringing the Pura Vida Lifestyle of my Costa Rican culture into everything I do. I have been in the fitness Industry for over 20 years, had two AndFit studios, trained celebrities like Cindy Crawford, Pink and others at one of Costa Rica's high end resorts.
I love to create fun and dynamic workouts that get your body moving and your ass off the couch.
I believe that anyone can find balance in life through fitness and that you can FIRE UP your life anytime and anywhere.
