Regular T'ai Chi sessions from Grey Heron Internal Arts previously broadcast live. We are a Cambridge (UK) based school covering all aspects of the art; we are health care specialists and work closely with other heath providers.
Here you will find both standing sessions and our specially adapted 'Integrated' (seated) sessions. These classes are offered as free tasters - you are welcome to make a donation to the tutor if you attend regularly.
