Hi! My name is Shia Lynn and I hope to share my sacred creativity with this platform. I am an intuitive artist, a creator and a certified therapeutic art life coach.
I guide those who want to create freely and fearlessly while sharing my own personal sacred creativity process & practices. I am deeply passionate about connecting with the intuitive side of creativity.
I am one of those who values personal time, feels a song and lyrics in every fiber of my being, and is not afraid to peel the onion and introspect. I treasure my connection with my inner child- I often hold a safe space for her when I connect with faeries, an archetype that I find represents the inner child energy.
As a multi-dimensional creative, I love creating with order and play with chaos.

Yesterday, I was invited to be on a podcast series to talk about mental health, topic: self discovery.
I openly spoke about my diagnosis with generalised anxiety disorder and clinical depression, the crumbling experience and triggers and my struggles and wins that led me to pursuing art therapy as a practitioner.
