This channel follows my journey as a late entrant (34 years) into the world of MMA and Chessboxing: I was always a gym junkie and trained 6 days a week from the age of 20 years up to the age of 42. Then life events and work took over as I was not getting any younger... now retired from the MMA life and always have happy memories of things achieved and all of the coaches, trainers, and friends I made over those years. Unforgettable experience. :)
