Our mission is to promote health & fitness for all age groups in general, specifically for young children and seniors. Both of them get neglected when it comes to fitness activities. Although most parents want their children to go to a gym or join a martial arts class, affordability and lack of time become the issues. Seniors, too, when they reach a certain age start considering themselves too old for any kind of workout or think it is damaging to their body.
We also wanted to provide a family fun atmosphere to the viewers -- to enable them to still use their devices but get something from each of our videos. We are blessed to have the guidance of a Grand Master -- Master Rubin who is a 75 year-old grandfather and a practitioner of martial arts for 62 years.
Our content will include simple and basic physical activities along with healthy/ nutritious recipes, as well as practical/ follow-along training sessions with only one aim in mind: to make you healthy, fit and strong.
