My motivation is to improve my fitness and strength and ultimately live a long and healthy life, as well as to inspire others along the way to embark on their own fitness journey. 😄
I've chosen the routine from Hybrid Calisthenics as my starting point because it seems the most accessible calisthenics routine for a beginner. Besides, I really like Hampton's slogan "Cultivate long-term fitness", which is what I want this channel to be about as well.
