NAME : Byunghyun Chon
Graduated from the Department of Painting at the รcole Nationale Supรฉrieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris
Won the Grand Prize in the Western Painting category in 1982 when the National Exhibition was moved to the Arts and Culture Centre
In 1983, he won a series of excellence awards and made his debut as a painter.
In 1983, he had his first solo exhibition at the Arts Council Korea and has been working on his art ever since.
His works are in the collections of the National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, Seoul Museum of Art, COEX Convention Centre, National Assembly Building, Assem Tower, and Hangar Grille in Paris,
Daegu Shinsegae Bus Terminal, and the Korea Arts and Culture Agency.
His books include "Ssakgong Diary Part 1.2" "Things I See When I Close My Eyes_Gasse Publishing" "Ssakgong Photo Collection" "Paris 1880~1990 Essay"
