The Clinical & Systems Transformation project is designed to make patient care safer and more consistent, and to provide a better patient experience. We are transforming health care delivery by establishing common clinical and process standards that will be supported by a new clinical information system shared by Vancouver Coastal Health, the Provincial Health Services Authority and Providence Health Care.
