Nepal is the second most visited Asian country after China. The number of tourists visiting the country has been increasing steadily since the 1990s. The country is home to over 30 ethnic groups with different languages and cultures. The main languages spoken include Nepali, Hindi, Tibetan and English.
Nepal is a landlocked country that is bordered by India to the east and China to the north. The Himalayas are a mountain range that separates Nepal from India. The Himalayan range runs through Nepal and continues into Tibet.
