I find what is hard, i make it harder,i find what is harder,i then turn the hardest into easy.Over here its about effort,i try till i can't,then i try one more time to make sure i really tried.My theory is to turn strength sets into endurance sets,then repeat the process.Train daily FULLFORCE,mentality immovable!
