The library ladder is a new project brought to you by the Staff Training and Development team. We will be regularly emailing you with small tips and tricks, usually in the form of an annotated video guide. The aim is to pool our collective knowledge of day-to-day library workings, no matter how big or small, to streamline our working life and ease our individual workflow. From keyboard shortcuts to a helpdesk hack, any staff member can submit a tip, trick or idea to the Library Ladder team.
