The toto 1 is a future gen tornado interceptor based off the real tiv 2 and sev dominator 3 it's a 2011 ram 3500 with side armor skirts that drop the truck flesh to the ground and the front flaps prevent wind from going under it and rolling it over or making it go airborne spikes on the back and side keep it anchored to the ground it also has rockets on the top that launch into the tornado and collect valuable data it also has a mesonet on top wich is on the mast on the back it has 4 seats and a Cummins diesel engine yes im in the future going to make it a reality
