I am an Elite level International Weightlifter having represented my country for the past 21 years. Some of my accomplishments in the sport of weightlifting include:
2018 Commonwealth Games Medallist
2018 African Champion
Also a 6x Karate World Champion and a CrossFit Games Competitor.
Additionally, I have an Honours Degree in Sport Psychology.
I am a new mom to the most adorable little girl who wants to empower all women out there to be their strongest self.
