All you need is to be humble, seek out what seems reliable, and authentically ask deep questions based on your every-day experience, no matter how annoying they are to others or how stupid people make you feel for asking them.
Through this approach you can grow closer to the truth while helping everyone you encounter grow toward the truth as well.
