I love history and I love everything about cheese - eating, making, melting, and discovering new things about it. Recently, I had the grate idea of combining those two passions and so this channel, Cheese History, was born!

Cheese, in some form or another, has been around since humans domesticated sheep, goats, and cattle. It has changed and developed as civilizations have risen and fallen, as cultures have evolved and matured, as new technologies have been invented, and forms of transport have enabled it to spread around the globe.
