A little bit about me.
I'm a mamma bear of 2 kiddies. I’m bubbly, full of energy but sometimes struggle to just be still and switch off.
I’ve been obsessed with crystals from a young age due to their beauty, but in 2009 I bought my first Crystal with a purpose to help my anxiety.
Since then my collection has grown and have now started to enjoy meditation along with Reiki.
Definitely good for the Mind, Body and Soul.
I look forward to sharing my journey with you all.
