Follow our off grid living lifestyle as we figure everything out on our own. We're Nick and Jen. An Air Force military veteran of 14 years and a former Coyote Ugly Las Vegas show girl. Going from the city to the middle of the nowhere Utah. After living in the city our whole lives we decided to sell everything and get out of the craziness. We packed up and moved our family of 4 and sometimes 6 into our RV on our 20 acre Ranch. We're going off grid with as much of the modern technology as we can make happen.
