Our mission is to increase the economic ability of low income people to improve their neighborhoods in Jackson and Madison County and surrounding West TN through the creation of jobs to eliminate disparities in small business development, affordable housing, higher education, and healthcare brought about by lack of access to traditional financial, and social capital. We are interested in educating community groups at the grassroots level about community economic development. What does it take to keep communities vital and growing? We are interested in partnering with Foundations, Corporations, Government and Private donors to promote civic engagement at the local levels.
