Welcome to my channel... I love being fit. I haven’t done anything about fitness and health until I was 25 and got to know that I have hypothyroid issues. Whoever has it knows how difficult being fit is. On top of that I have flat foot and a very sweet tooth :)
Thus started my fitness journey.. I have tried numerous diets, exercises, classes and what not. I learned from each one and understood only me knows what works for my body. My body is different than most people and where people lose a pound a day by just an hour exercise , I exercised for 3 hrs and lost a pound only over 30 days.
Eventually I found GM diet is what works for me but not sustainable.
Crossfit is very effective but I suffered frozen shoulder and patellar tendinitis so I am off crossfit for few months now.
Slowly trying to build everything back and wanted to share my journey...
