Iām Kerry, I have a PhD in Human Kinetics, as a consultant I work on developing healthy communities and I love to move! Iām a mom with a busy life and I make sure that movement is a big part of my day so that Iām mentally and physically fit to roll with it all.
Iāve designed these workouts to be activities you can easily do at home, or in the office as a break from the work day. Helping me out is my husband Shane, curator of the art behind me and part-time exercise guinea pig. Thatās a legitimate use of the word ācuratorā by the way! Come for the art and stay for the workout, or come for the workout and stay for the art.
