Our culinary ethos is based on the idea that everything we decide to eat defines what/who we are
and as such, we follow the procedures of:
- minimizing the cooking time of vegetables as to not destroy all their nutrients
- using sweet fruits instead of refined sugar into making deserts
- using salt in minimum quantities
- using healthy oils
- not deep frying
- eating nuts and seeds, fruits, vegetables and seafood
- eating naturally fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, Natto beans, sourdough bread/pastry
- eating wholegrains
