Welcome to the Good Exercise Guide. Our Channel aims to provide you with an expert and reliable source of exercises. We will provide both individual exercises (which are grouped into Stretching, Strengthening and Flexibility subgroups), as well as sequences of exercises which we as physical therapists often prescribe to our own patients.
