*SCQF LEVEL 8 (2nd Year BSc \ BA Studies), Certificate in CBT, Gestalt Therapy, Dyslexia Certificate (SED), I have enrolled EMDR Training right now.The purpose of this channel is to share counselling tips, skills, sessions, theories, guidance , videos . At the same time to share how does counselling psychology help us in our daily lives. Especially, I would like to help people to have ideas about mental health, to take actionable steps in their lives.As we know Mental Health is so complicated.
