Sacred Lotus Yoga is a Dublin based yoga studio that offers classes suited to both men and women of all ages and ability; from complete beginner to experienced yogi. With each class our aim is to awaken the body, nourish the soul and soothe the mind by flowing through a series of Yin and Vinyasa sequences whilst developing an awareness of Pranayama.
Guiding you along your journey of self discovery and enlightenment will be Sara Treanor, a 200hr YTT qualified yoga instructor. Sara is accredited by the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
