We are Mads & Dan (@tranquilatravels), a British-Australian couple with an adventurous spirit and a passion for exploring the world.
Our journey began when we met whilst backpacking through Colombia, and since then, weâve made travel a core part of our lives. In 2020, with international borders closed, we took a leap and converted a Renault Master van into our dream home on wheels. We shared our Australian road trips on Instagram and YouTube, and from there, our adventure expandedâtravelling through Costa Rica, Iceland, Guatemala, Morocco, and beyond.
After selling our van and relocating to the UK in 2021, we are now heading back to Australia. We have begun converting a Land Cruiser Troop Carrier into our new home on wheels for future Aussie travels.
