I'm glad that mental health services did the right thing by extending my care in the community for 3 hours instead of one and a half. The mental health team are very busy , under pressure and underpaid as stories leak out about deaths in the psychiatric hospitals and out in the community.

Don't know how I'm surviving but luckily I am whilst giving good vibes hopefully a good omen. There was a good summer and it was mentioned that down the beach at Saltburn the businesses were not doing Very well but then after visiting a few times the businesses were thriving and families were happy enjoying themselves the proof is on my channel.
