Welcome to my channel :) My name is Julia and I've been in the baking world for 20 + years! I first started in a bakery at the age of 15 as counter help. The bakery soon needed a cake decorator and with zero experience I was terrified! However, with time and patience I was able to pick it up quickly and from there, my love for creating and decorating began.
Baking has always been very therapeutic for me, an escape of sorts. It's also very rewarding to see your finished creation and to share that baking joy with your friends and family!
