I am not professional, in general, i just show how i do my training.
My training history, and best lifts:
I start training in 2011, i do weekly 3-5 time, and i stopped in 2018.
Starting again in 2020.
Best lifts: bench press 115kg x 3 in 2017 (around 90kg bodyweight), incline dumbel press: 45 kg 6-8 reps, deadlift 180kg 1 rep 2017.
