I’m a plant based nutritionist living a simple, healthy life. I cook healthy, whole food plant based recipes and bake things from scratch. And…I like to grow my plants as much as eating them! I have a greenhouse and a raised bed garden where I spend loads of time in the warm months.
I’m a reader and share what I'm reading each week. My cats, Emily, Raz, and Ember, also make regular appearances. My two teen sons do not, because they’re too cool for me! I also have a supportive other half, Michael, with two bonus kids through him.
