Just like thereโs junk food in vegan diets, Mediterranean food can include some less healthy ingredients. For me, the heart of Mediterranean cooking is all about fresh, wholesome ingredients like whole grains, legumes, and vibrant veggies ๐

Of course, there will always be some debate about whatโs considered โthe healthiest', but on my channel, I steer clear of refined carbs, sugar, artificial additives, and red meat. Instead, I focus on unrefined carbs, lean proteins, lots of veggies and seafood. I love making classic Mediterranean dishes but also create my own fusion recipes using common Mediterranean ingredients.
