Christine Assouad runs 35+ Dunkin’ stores in Lebanon receiving several awards.
She also supported Dunkin’ in: Germany, Italy, Kuwait, Egypt, Syria and Jordan.
In 2008, Semsom was born, to take Lebanese cuisine to the world!
She also works as a consultant creating F&B brands.

Christine graduated with a BSc. in Nutrition (AUB),
a MSc. in Food Science (McGill University),
a Masters in Marketing (ESA),
and attended executive programs at Harvard, Stanford & LBS.

She is part of many business organizations: YPO, LFA, RDCL, LLWB…
She was awarded Middle East businesswomen of the year in 2011,
a fellow at the Culinary Institute of America in 2015,
& in the 100 most powerful Arab women since 2012
