I wanted to do something and whether its vloging or going live to talk about my experiences of Depression and Bi Polar and how I deal with them , if i get enough support to do the live streams then maybe I will do that a step at a time i guess, and also i wanted to try and break the stigma on both Depression and bi polar and to share my day
I am a divorced woman, a mother of a 30 year old Daughter Bianca aka BeeBee,
and I have 7grandchildren Decon, zabia, Mia_Rose and Storm, Abel and Abatha, and Myron
I like many of you have experienced some hard times , so if we can support one another we can build and reunite family and friends and break the stigma of Bi Polar and Depression .
