I enjoy playing Blue-Eyes and Galaxy-Eyes in Master Duel, and have reached Master 1 with them. For Blue-Eyes, I have made various versions of it ranging from OTK, Control, and Combo versions, many of which already reached the highest rank possible (starting from when Plat 1 was the top ranked, Diamond 1 as well, and now Master Rank 1 too). Besides, I also like playing other interesting decks (like Dragon Link, Ninja, etc), as well as making guides in the replays to explain the combo flow or the in game thought process.
