My name is John Heymans, and I started running back in 2016.
Over the years, I have gained massive expertise in training, recovery, mental preparation, and more. To become world-class, I had to surround myself with world-class people (runners, physios, and coaches).
That training and knowledge took me from a +20:00 to a 13:03 5KM runner, and to the Olympics. And it will probably make me world-class in the 10km and (half-)marathon as well.
