Jonathan Ernstly Etienne started sequencing music when his dad gave him a KORG Keyboard when he was in 6th grade. He fell in love with sequencing and programming. He began composing instrumentals and writing lyrics in the 7th grade. He spent hours trying to re-create what he heard on the radio to train his ear, as well as original beats inspired by his love for all genres.
Sharing his music like an audible journal, Ernstly draws inspiration from real-life experiences. His passion behind what he creates is born from a place of wanting to urge listeners to âmake a decisionâ. He says, âMy goal is to have people pause, reflect, and act. I want my music to inspire past the surface level of just enjoying âgood musicâ.â
You can listen to his most recent projects, âRemnantâ (EP, 2021), âJerichoâ (EP, 2020), âQuarantineâ (EP, 2020), and âAnchors & Arrowsâ (EP, 2019) in all music stores streaming services.
