Hi, I'm Alla Klymenko, a psychologist, trainer and co-founder of the Upgrade project. For over 12 years I have been studying happiness and positive thinking, conducting trainings and master classes online and offline. The topics that I study and teach are the psychology of happiness, motivation, self-love, self-development, happy relationships, goals, positive psychology, and, of course, the secrets of happiness.
