I am Aloke Mukherjee living at Kolkata, India. After I graduated with Physics (Hons)from. Calcutta University in the year 1970, I worked for some time as a Lab Demonstrator in a local college. Since school days, I had developed a hobby of servicing electronic goods particularly the Hi Fidelity amplifier and speaker systems of several international brand.
I was keen to know about speakers, Crossover network and speaker enclosures. This hobby pushed me to explore the possibilities of going for a venture of making Loudspeakers. I created a brand mekasonic which earned some reputation.
In the year 2004 I discontinued with mekasonic and started making speakers in SYCO brand.
Recently, I have started making videos in YouTube to share my speaker manufacturing experience and developing technical skill with the viewers.
