Hi, I'm Maxwell.
I've been traveling the world for the past 7 years.
For the first 3 years, I was in college. I skydived in New Zealand, interned in Hong Kong, frequented coffeeshops in Amsterdam, lived with Tibetans in the Himalayas, drove coast-to-coast across the U.S. (and back), trekked to Machu Picchu, and somehow got a degree along the way.
After graduating, I began to work/study online. Since then, I’ve lived in Medellin, Tainan, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, Bali, and Shanghai.
I want to continue putting myself into uncomfortable situations in faraway places with a genuine curiosity to understand how other peoples think, live, and perceive the world around us - and by doing that, I hope to learn how we can best understand, communicate with, and be comfortable around those who are not like us.
I hope that everything I put on here can contribute to our ability to understand each other.
