Hi my name is Ritu, and I have both ADHD and Autism which I only found out at age 39. My 5 year old boy is also Autistic and ADHD and my husband is ADHD. I have a 2 and half year old daughter who is Highly Sensitive. I’m a Canadian, born in Bangladesh, raised in India and now I live in Switzerland with my family.
