We are the North East of Englandâs first dedicated gym for wheelchair users.
Our vision is to positively impact the lives of physically disabled people by providing accessible exercise opportunities and adapted fitness videos.
Our slogan is âMaking Exercise Accessibleâ. This refers to our aim of making exercise both physically and financially accessible to people with disabilities. This is made possible by the fundraising work we do and grants from our sponsors that help subsidise the costs for our service users.
