I started a family in 2020 without a partner using donor sperm. I carried my 1st child and turned to surrogacy for my 2nd.
My journey was inspired by a male coworker, whose desire to become a father amid prejudice and discrimination propelled him to kick off his SPbC journey in an unconventional way - with help from an egg donor and a surrogate.
I'm extremely blessed to have incredible support from both professional and personal communities during my journey. My kids have been showered with love since the first day. I have been helped by so many. It's the least I can do to provide helpful info in this channel, which can hopefully inspire others and pass love forward.
我是個志願性單親媽媽(SMBC)，亦即在沒有伴侶的情況下，透過捐贈的精子以及人工受孕來組成我的小家庭。我的第二個孩子是透過代理孕母的幫忙出生的。
當時會走這條路，要很感謝我一位男同事，他在我猶豫不決時，分享了他如何排除萬難、找捐贈的卵子以及代理孕母、簽約、勇敢地朝目標邁進。受到他的鼓舞，我也踏上這趟旅程。
這條路很不容易，一路上我獲得好多人幫助，希望我能夠把我的所學分享給其他人，並把愛傳出去。
