CMA. A change agent, Sandeep promots #ruralentrepreneurship and builds rural capacities and livelihoods. He is a natural enabler of community participation and runs an Information & Communication Technology (#ICT) based Centre, for the local community of #kolakham and surrounding areas which functions as an 'access point' for delivery of various electronic services for development of a digitally & financially inclusive society. He works with #CSC enabler banks to deliver various banking & financial services, Government to Citizens (G2C services) and Business to Citizens (B2C services), besides promoting tourism and income generation for locals.
