The game room has been rebuilt, and my first video filmed in the new setup (NBA Jam on Genesis) is now live! I'll give you all a video tour of the room as soon as I have enough footage to edit together. There's also some more Sega Saturn goodness headed your way this weekend.

Well hello there! I noticed an uptick in new subscribers, welcome to my quirky little slice of the internet!
Two weekends prior, I got super sick, then have been dealing with car repair woes, and finally, most fun of all, I have been rebuilding the game room, which will be shown in an upcoming vid this week. Unfortunately all of the above did put me behind on what films I wanted to have completed by this point in December.
While I get caught up, I hope at least some of you have been having fun with the Shorts I've been sharing. To be blunt, I'm not a fan of that format, but more recently I opened up to the possibility of it being a fun way to share highlights and funny moments from my longer form vids, especially for peeps new to my channel and not sure what to expect yet.
Thanks to everyone for tuning in, for the comments, and the support! Be kind to yourself and each other as we enter the final stretches of the holiday season madness. Take care!

Happy weekend to you all! The vid that most recently went live was supposed to have been a Thanksgiving surprise, as well as something to say I'm thankful for (i.e. OutRun), but holiday traveling and technical hurdles added a few days to the project. This is easily the longest I've spent in the editing suite for any video to date. I hope you enjoy, and be well.

Hello there! When I was making my filming schedule into the remainder of November, I had failed to take into account that this week has a holiday and that I'd be doing a fair bit of traveling. Holidays are super stressful and nervewracking for me so perhaps you could say I was in denial and not wanting to think about them. Whoops. There should still be a couple of videos done before the month is officially over.
I am still working on Final Fantasy Tactics (finishing the last episode has been complicated, it'll make sense when you eventually see it), Road Rash of course, and am gearing up for a fun, festive xmas mini series that will run the length of December. The idea behind it is to take back for myself, the joy and merriment at the crux of what holidays originally were before my life in retail bled those things dry. A blue mascot, a gas giant, and action figures may be involved, who can say.
For some, the day after Thanksgiving in the U.S. is a day of mourning and I respect that. So whether this Thursday is a holiday you observe or not, take care of yourself and your peace, and give an extra hug to those who matter most to you.

Of course the production of attempting to film this let's play has been fraught with curses and misfortune since May. Maybe I can blame it on EA all these years later, who can say.

Howdy peeps! Things are crazy and uncertain right now, I hope you're keeping safe and looking after yourself and your loved ones.
I filmed some fun NES vids this week, two of them are live now and another will go up next Tuesday. Turtle Power may have been involved, who can say.
Also we are returning to form tomorrow with my Sega Genesis conquests, with a game that I've been trying to defeat off and on for 32 years and have tried to film in entirety since May... that's right, it's time to confront Road Rash, once and for all. I expect it to be split into two vids; a short playthrough, it is not.

Howdy! Welcome to the new subscribers!
This month, we've hit the 30th anniversary of the Sega Saturn's Japanese debut! To commemorate, I have some Saturn-centric vids including a collection and Sega story video landing over the next few days. As if I need any extra reason to talk about the Saturn anyway, eh?
Next week I'll be wrapping up some works in progress from the PlayStation catalog (Spyro, FFT, so forth) then preparing for my next holiday specials.
