I am an amateur who is practicing fish handling aiming to upload videos every Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, and sometimes Sunday.
I've been cutting fences into sashimi for a long time, but I've finally started to judge one whole fish.
Unfortunately, I don't do fishing, so I buy fish. Those who fish. I envy you ๐
I also go to the market, but I would like to try the fish that are easily available at the fish shop.
Since it is my own style, I still have a long way to go in terms of how to use the knife, how to use it, and how to serve it, but I would be happy if you could support and watch over the growth process.
